Black Belt Services training

Each of our training programs is designed with the assumption that our students begin without any prior knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The training begins with the basics and systematically covers every concept, catering to those without prior experience. You’ll engage in simulations and exercises throughout the training to facilitate your understanding. If you undertake a project as part of your training, you will receive coaching and support from one of The Lean Six Sigma Company’s (Master) Black Belts to help you get started.

The choice between Green Belt and Black Belt training depends on your objectives and aspirations. If you want to integrate Lean Six Sigma part-time alongside other responsibilities, then Green Belt training is suitable. But, if your ambition involves full-time engagement with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement, then the Black Belt training is ideal.

Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies are applicable regardless of your career stage, and this training serves as an excellent entry place. Even as a novice, your efforts can bring substantial value. These methodologies can complement your current tasks or even replace certain responsibilities. Alternatively, depending on the training you opt for, they can pave the way for a full-time career.

Green Belt projects address challenges that impact a single department or specific stakeholders. On the other hand, Black Belt projects tackle intricate, persistent issues that span across departments and involve various stakeholders. In terms of roles, Green Belts often align with project managers, while Black Belts bear greater responsibilities and play a more influential role, directing other Green Belts throughout projects.

The ‘Services’ training is ideal for individuals in transactional roles, such as general administration, logistics, and finance. On the other hand, the ‘Manufacturing’ training suits those who work in mass production, machinery, factories, and automation. Those who undergo Manufacturing training can still undertake projects in the transactional fields mentioned earlier.

The Green Belt training minimizes statistics content, unlike our Black Belt course. However, our Black Belt courses start from the fundamentals, assuming our students have no familiarity with statistics. We understand that dealing with statistics may seem daunting, but our trainers have successfully guided numerous students in comprehending and developing an interest in statistics. Moreover, we provide numerous videos and supplementary courses on our MyTraining™ platform to help you prepare and repeat certain exercises and modules.

The Lean Six Sigma Company prefers to schedule its training courses during regular working hours.

This decision is deliberate, aiming to respect our students’ personal time and cultivate a practice of engaging with Lean Six Sigma within typical work hours, a habit we encourage beyond training completion.
